To submit your website into the directory, you must understand and agree with the terms shown below:

a. THE CHARGE FOR A LISTING IS $9.95 USD WHICH ENTITLES YOU TO ONE DIRECTORY LINK FOR A DURATION OF ONE YEAR. YOU MAY RENEW YOUR LISTING FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR IF YOU WISH AT ANY TIME DURING THE YEAR.

b. WEBSITES CONTAINING CONTENT SUCH AS HACKING, CRACKING, WAREZ WILL BE DECLINED FOR SUBMISSION.

c. IWEBTOOL HAS A STRICT POLICY AGAINST ADULT-RELATED WEBSITES. ANY WEBSITES FOUND WITH SOME RELATIVITY OF ADULT MATERIAL WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR DIRECTORY.

d. IF A PAYMENT HAS BEEN SENT TO IWEBTOOL, IT IS SOLELY IN IWEBTOOL’S HAND AND WE CLEARLY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY REQUESTED REFUNDS IF WE BELIEVE THE REQUEST IS UNNECESSARY. HOWEVER, SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS WILL BE CANCELED.

e. IWEBTOOL MAY REMOVE YOUR LISTING:

- IF IT CONTAINS PORNOGRAPHY OF ANY TYPE. 
 - IF IT IS DEEMED AS A "LINK FARM". A LINK FARM IS DEFINED AS A PAGE WITH NOTHING MORE THAN LINKS. 
 - IF IT IS CONSIDERED AS A SPAM WEBSITE. A SPAM WEBSITE IS A WEBSITE THAT SERVES NO PURPOSE OTHER THAN TO GENERATE MONEY OR TO EARN SEARCH ENGINE RANKING.
 - IF IT PROMOTES ANY TYPE OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.

f. IWETOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, MOVE OR REMOVE ANY DIRECTORY LISTING WITHOUT NOTICE.

g. IWETOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE DIRECTORY LISTING PRICE FOR ANY APPROPIATE REASON. A PRIOR NOTICE WILL BE SENT IF A PRICE CHANGE OCCURS.

h. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANY PROBLEMS OR HAVE ANY QUERIES WHICH YOU WANT ANSWERED YOU MAY CONTACT IWEBTOOL USING THE CONTACT FORM.

i. IWEBTOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE. IT IS YOUR DUTY TO STAY UPDATED.
